Our 25+ year friendship has carried us through big dreams, babies, marriages, career shifts, losses, health challenges, perimenopause, aging parents—and everything in between. What has sustained us is simply showing up for each other, and remembering that sometimes what we need most is to connect and to take a collective sigh…

We’re creating a space where women can step away from the noise of daily life and spend intentional time exhaling, reconnecting with themselves or friends (and maybe meeting new ones), and sharing meaningful wellness experiences with women like you.
While we expect this to resonate with women in midlife, it’s open to all generations. Connection, wellness, and the need to exhale aren’t limited to any one stage of life.
Together, we bring both the heart of gathering and a passion for personal wellness and growth:
· Sara Haase, owner of Croix-View Farm, is known for creating warm, connection-driven experiences that foster genuine community, meaningful conversations, and lasting impact.
· Stephanie Larson, owner of Reflective Roots Psychotherapy & Healing, provides compassionate therapy that helps others heal from their past, navigate the present, and personally grow through interventions like Brainspotting and holistic, client-centered care
We’re curating a small, intentional group of women vendors, presenters, and facilitators, and would love to explore having you be part of it. Planned offerings include:
· Restorative yoga and somatic practices
· Hormone and menopause education
· Mental health and nervous system support
· Creative sessions (journaling, “sip & scribble”)
· Financial wellness conversations
· Energy healing, sound experiences, and nature bathing
· Space for laughter, storytelling, and real conversations
